Hike It Out

It is the best feeling to get out and enjoy nature, plus get a great work out while doing it. Last weekend my boyfriend Justin, his brother, sister-in-law and I went on a journey in the mountains on the most beautiful day. It was so unlike anything I enjoyed doing in the past, but I have to admit I had a wonderful time and it's kinda my new thing. We plan to hike every Sunday from now on or at least get out and take a nice walk at the park (sometimes the rain gets in the way). What a great way to enjoy the weather and get my body movin! Next up... I am going to try some yoga - I tried it only a couple times in high school, but it seems very relaxing and the outcome is so toning!  



What do you do to stay in shape?

  1. That sounds like so much fun! I would love to go hiking, but I live in flat Florida. I usually run with my dog though and sometimes do Zumba or pilates. I want to try that hot yoga stuff that's really popular right now. :)
